GTC Vorro Technology has established strategic partnerships with two clients in Asia to deploy NanoSØRB™ technology across a range of sulfur removal applications. These projects demonstrate the versatility of NanoSØRB™ across LPG, gasoline and naphtha processing applications, including:
- LPG polishing to achieve sulfur concentrations below 1 ppm.
- LPG desulfurization as an alternative to caustic washing, targeting the removal of organic sulfur compounds to below 1 ppm.
- Grassroots FCC gasoline desulfurization units incorporating NanoSØRB™ technology.
- FCC gasoline desulfurization revamps, replacing the second stage of selective hydrodesulfurization (HDS).
- Light naphtha desulfurization to achieve sulfur concentrations at the parts-per-billion (ppb) level.
These applications highlight the flexibility of NanoSØRB™ technology for both new installations and refinery revamps, addressing a range of ultra-low sulfur requirements.
