GTC Vorro Technology is an industry leader in sulfur removal technology and equipment. We are currently seeking a Process Engineer. This position reports directly to the Technology Manager.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for process engineering services for H2S removal solutions and proprietary licensed technologies.
- Responsible for providing technical solutions, proposals and process improvements.
- Designing and implementing process and equipment designs, including process simulation, equipment sizing and specification, PFD’s, PID’s, and technical proposals.
Education/Experience
- B.S. degree or higher in Chemical Engineering from a four-year college or University.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering with a background in process design or a related field
Skills Preferred
- Proficiency in research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of proprietary sulfur removal solutions, including H2S absorbents and specialty catalysts.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in statistical problem solving.
- Good oral and written English language skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Process simulators such as SimSci, Aspen, Hysys, Pro II.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to easily assimilate in-house process design calculation tools and spreadsheets.
Language Ability/Work Status
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and be eligible to work in the USA.

Full-time based in Houston, Texas
